PURPOSE:To separate the expandable cushioning material and cushioning material easily, and make the discarding and recycling easier for a packing device which consists of a combination of a C type box and a cushioning material with an expansible cushioning material. CONSTITUTION:A cushioning material 20 made of polystyrene foam is fitted on the inside of a C shaped pad 15 made of a corrugated fiberboard material, which is fitted on an object to be packaged, by punctual bonding or linear bonding. By keeping the bonded surface minimum (punctual bonding or linear bonding), the C shaped pad and the cushioning material can be easily separated, and the discarding and recycling become easier. |
