PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking nozzle of an attaching head, together with an attaching method using it, which comprises a verifier measuring terminal of a relatively simple structure to cope with a variety of feeders. SOLUTION: A measuring-terminal-fitted sucking nozzle is provided in which a measuring terminal 13 allowed to contact an electrode part 31 of a chip part 30 is provided at the outer-peripheral tube part of a sucking hole 11 for sucking the chip part 30. When or after the chip part 30 is sucked from a part supply part using the measuring-terminal-fitted sucking nozzle, the measuring- terminal 13 contacting the electrode part 31 of the chip part 30 is used to measure and collate the electric characteristic of the chip part 30, and only the part judged to be sound is attached to the substrate. |
