PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noodles in which soup is packed, capable of being eaten with gusto by only boiling without separately preparing a seasoning liquid or a seasoning material of soups or broth like noodles such as buckwheat noodle, Chinese noodle and spaghetti which have traditionally been eaten hitherto and a method for producing these noodles. SOLUTION: The noodles pack a seasoning material 2 in which soups or broth are semi-solidified in noodle 1. This method for producing the noodles comprises packing a linear seasoning material 2 in a linear noodle by pulling a noodle dough and the seasoning material in a state in which the seasoning material 2 is put on the noodle dough 3 and the seasoning material 2 is wrapped in the noodle dough 3 or preparing noodle material in a noodle product having a prescribed diameter by pulling out the noodle while pressurizing the outer periphery of the seasoning material while linearly packing the seasoning material 2 into a linear noodle material 5 having large diameter. |
