PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmitter capable of surely transmitting a signal to be parallely outputted and whose value temporally changes by preventing influence of noise and surely monitoring a signal condition of a detection system. SOLUTION: Peak values of outputted signals of road cells 7 provided on the rotating side of a measurement roll, etc., are converted into pulse signals and the outputted signals are converted into pieces of digital data. And, pieces of the digital data are converted into pieces of serial data, pieces of gate signal data are further added to pieces of the serial data as the serial data and pieces of the serial data are transmitted at 340 MHz of carrier frequency and 4 Mbps of a transmission rate. A switching part 13 is provided between the rotating side and a control panel 15, pieces of the data to be transmitted are received and transmitted to the control panel 15 after they are temporarily converted into optical signals. Pieces of the data are converted into pieces of parallel data after they are converted into electric signals and for pieces of the pulse signal data, the pulse signals are reproduced by a majority processing at the control panel 15. |
