<p>A multilayer laminate comprising: (A) a layer prepared from a random copolymer of ethylene with a specified cycloolefin such as tetracyclododecene or from a cycloolefin resin produced by grafting the above copolymer, or a layer prepared from a cycloolefin resin composition comprising the above cycloolefin resin and a polyolefin; and (B) a layer of a polymer having an oxygen permeability of 10 cc(STP).mm/m2.24hr.atm or less as determined at a temperature of 23 °C and a relative humidity of 0 %. It has a moisture permeation coefficient of 0.2 g.mm/m2.24hr.atm or less and an oxygen permeability of 5 cc(STP).mm/m2.24hr.atm or less, and is excellent in gas-barrier properties and rigidity. The invention also provides a wrapping material made thereof and a film.</p> |
