PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and speedily execute the photographing positioning operation of a camera without the setting operation of a preset position and a time lag occurred by picture transmission and without depending on the response speed of a camera positioning mechanism. SOLUTION: A screen frame display control part 12 and a screen frame shift control part 13 set an area which is to be displayed on a prescribed position in a screen by a screen frame on a reception screen 11. A screen frame shift quantity calculation part 14 calculates the shift quantity of the screen frame which is set from the prescribed position in the screen. A camera controlled variable calculation part on a transmission-side calculates a controlled variable in the image pickup direction of a transmission-side camera, and a camera control part controls the image pickup direction of the transmission-side camera based on the obtained controlled variable. Thus, the area in the screen frame which is set on the screen 11 on a reception-side is displayed in the prescribed position in the screen 11. |
