For operating a boom cylinder(10), an arm cylinder(7) or a bucket cylinder(9), and the like, an operating handle is operated, a pilot pressure signal(P1a) changes over a direction switching spool, which is fed for switching the direction of the corresponding spool. Additionally, the flow that is provided to the left and right travelling motors(5,6) via the main bypass lines(11,12) from pumps(1,2) fed to a throttle valve(14), is limited, so the only some part of the flow is flowed into a travelling motor.
