A system and a method for providing a pre-discounting service are provided to collect a pre-discounting service application in real-time through a facsimile if a customer wants the pre-discounting service and offer the pre-discounting service to the customer after checking whether goods requested from the customer correspond to the pre-discounting service. A facsimile receiver(300) receives the pre-discounting service application through the facsimile as an e-document. A facsimile storing part(310) stores the received pre-discounting service application as the e-document based on a resident registration number written in the pre-discounting service application. A member register(320) registers the customer as a pre-discounting service member if the pre-discounting service application corresponding to the customer is searched from the facsimile storing part based on the resident registration number. The member register assigns a predetermined limit of cyber money point for the pre-discounting service to the member. |
