PURPOSE:To house a battery housing part in a trunk while making it compact by internally installing a focusing detection module, a lens driving mechanism, the battery housing part and an electric circuit substrate in the trunk arranged between right and left lens barrels. CONSTITUTION:The focusing detection module 20 installed in the trunk (upper and lower covers) between the lens barrels 13 and 14 arranged right and left is provided with a light receiving lens 21 fixed forward. A motor 22 for AF is installed behind the module 20 and a reduction gear part 23 for reducing the speed of the action of the motor 22 and transmitting it to objective lenses 9 and 10 is installed behind the motor 22, and the motor 22 and the gear part 23 constitute the lens driving mechanism. Furthemore, a battery box 24 functioning as the battery housing part is provided behind the gear part 23, and an eye sensor 25 for detecting eyepiece and a light emission diode are installed behind the box 24. Furthermore, the electric circuit substrate is disposed above the module 20, the motor 22 and the gear part 23. |
