SKIN TROUBLE CURING METHOD BY USING DIFFERENT WAVELENGTH ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT AND AN APPARATUS THEREBY

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for treating a skin disease by radiating a skin with ultraviolet rays having different wavelength ranges, wherein the apparatus radiates the skin with ultraviolet rays within a UVA wavelength range and ultraviolet rays within a UVB wavelength range, and includes a UV LED as a light source. As for the ultraviolet rays within the UVA wavelength range, the skin is radiated with ultraviolet rays having a peak wavelength between 315 nm and 400 nm, between 330 nm and 350 nm, or around 340 nm by a radiation amount equivalent to between 1 and 6 J/cm^2, between 2 and 5 J/cm^2, or around 2 J/cm^2. As for the ultraviolet rays within the UVB wavelength range, the skin is radiated with ultraviolet rays having a peak wavelength between 280 nm and 320 nm, between 300 nm and 320 nm, or around 310 nm by a radiation amount equivalent to between 10 and 50 mJ/cm^2, between 20 and 50 mJ/cm^2, or around 20 mJ/cm^2. The skin is sequentially or concurrently radiated with the ultraviolet rays within the UVA wavelength range and the ultraviolet rays within the UVB wavelength range. Accordingly, the skin is intensively radiated with ultraviolet rays having a wavelength range most suitable for a required skin treatment.
