DIAZO PHOTOSENSITIVE LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve a shelf life and the stability to processing chemicals to be used by incorporating a photosensitive diazo resin, lipophilic high-polymer compd. and titanium coupling agent into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:This printing plate has the photosensitive layer consisting of the compsn. contg. the photosensitive diazo resin and lipophilic high-polymer compd. and further contg. the titanium coupling agent on a base. The titanium coupling agent is incorporated usually at 0.01-5wt%, more preferably 0.1-1.5wt% into the photosensitive compsn. The lipophilic high-polymer compd. is incorporated at usually 40-99wt%, more preferably 50-95wt% into the solid content of the photosensitive compsn. The photosensitive diazo resin is incorporated at usually 1-60wt%, more preferably 3-30wt% into said compsn.
