The present invention relates to a vehicle mortgage setup registration method using a certification process including the following steps: applying a vehicle mortgage setup registration; requesting an inquiry of an original register; transmitting an inquiry result to an on cars server; receiving setup registration additional information through a manager terminal and storing the same; input-receiving selection result information; receiving and storing vehicle number information and the like and transmitting the same to a certification business server; generating a certification number and transmitting the same to a mortgage setup requester cellular phone; receiving the certification number and checking whether or not the certification number is matched; transmitting electric signature completion information to a hire-purchase finance company server; transmitting prepayment or subsequent payment selection information to the on cars server; requesting a virtual account number; transmitting tax amount due and electronic tax payment number information to a corresponding financial institution server; transmitting tax amount due transfer information to a standard local tax server; transmitting the tax amount transfer information to a registration agency server; transmitting mortgage setup registration completion information to the on cars server; and storing the mortgage setup registration completion information.
