<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment implement which prevents coil pipes covering angle wires from buckling when used with various kinds of medical instruments having a bending part. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment implement 14 is used with a medical instrument 12 having a bendable bending part 44 and a channel 36. The insertion part of the treatment implement to be inserted through the channel is provided with a bending part 114, the angle wires 138, and the coil pipes 152. The bending part has a plurality of bending pieces 132a, 132b, 132c, 132d, and 132e other than the medical instrument in a rotatably interconnected state. The angle wire is used for rotating the bending pieces with respect to adjacent bending pieces. The coil pipes respectively cover the angle wires. A coil pipe has its distal end fixed to the proximal end of the bending part and extended toward the distal end side of the insertion part.
