PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption cold/hot water machine having improved economical efficiency and energy saving property by improving the heat recovering efficiency of exhaust gas from a cogeneration device. SOLUTION: In the absorption cold/hot water machine, high temperature exhaust gas from the cogeneration device 2 used in an exhaust gas regenerator 1 for enriching dilute absorption liquid is supplied in series to first and second exhaust gas heat exchangers 11, 12. The dilute absorption liquid supplied from the first exhaust gas heat exchanger 11 to the exhaust gas regenerator 1 is preliminarily heated by relatively high temperature exhaust gas, while the dilute absorption liquid supplied from the second exhaust gas heat exchanger 12 to a low temperature regenerator 4 is preliminarily heated by relatively low temperature exhaust gas. Thus, the heat recovery of the exhaust gas from the cogeneration device 2 is efficiently utilized for improving the economic efficiency and energy saving property of the absorption cold/hot water machine.
