<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device capable of transmitting confirmation responses (Block Ack) by one frame to a plurality of frame transmissions by MC/BC communication under wireless LAN communication environment. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication device is used for a wireless communication system conforming to IEEE802.11e of wireless LAN communication, and equipped with a multicast communication function for broadcasting data to many specific terminals and a broadcast communication function for broadcasting data to unspecified number of terminals from a key station, and equipped with a function (Semi-Block ACK policy) for requesting a reply of a Block ACK frame to a specific terminal as an affirmation confirmation response to the transmitted content when a data frame of the multicast or the broadcast is transmitted from the key station.
