PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitate evaluation method that realizes accurate acquisition of average volume of precipitates.SOLUTION: A precipitate evaluation method according to an embodiment relates to an evaluation method for evaluating an average volume of precipitates. The precipitate evaluation method according to the embodiment includes a measurement step, a parameter evaluation step and a volume evaluation step. In the measurement step, each volume and perimeter of the precipitates in a plane image are measured. In the parameter evaluation step, an evaluation parameter, which is a proportion (average area/average perimeter) of an average area obtained by averaging the areas of the precipitates acquired in the measurement step with the number of pieces to an average perimeter obtained by averaging the perimeters of the precipitates acquired in the measurement step with the number of pieces, is obtained. In the volume evaluation step, the evaluation parameter obtained in the parameter evaluation step is used to obtain the average volume of the precipitates.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
