<p>PURPOSE: To make inversion in the scan direction of signal wiring possible without remarkably enlarging a circuit scale and causing the deterioration in picture quality in an active matrix liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION: One end of the scan wiring 3 is connected to a vertical scan circuit 2 and the other end is connected to a reset means 7, respectively, and the potential of the scan wiring 3 is reset in the potential that a gate of a switching transistors arranged on a pixel is turned off by a reset means 7 in a blanking period succeeding to a horizontal scan period.</p> |
