A thrust control device of a turbo-compressor is provided to enhance the supporting force of the thrust air bearing by including a permanent magnet capable of offsetting deflected thrust. A thrust control device of a turbo-compressor comprises a compartment(51) formed in the rear part of a casing(50), a thrust control disk(22) which is integrally extended from one end of a shaft(20) and housed in the compartment, and an electromagnet(61) which is fixed to the compartment in order to keep the position of a thrust control disk made of magnetic material with the magnetic force.
