PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting device of new configuration that suppresses the decreasing velocity of an effective opening area in a filter to solve the problem that collecting capacity deteriorates and to simultaneously facilitate the cleaning work of the filter. SOLUTION: The decreasing velocity of the effective opening area in the filter is suppressed by appropriately configuring the shape and disposition of a guiding wall that guides an air stream and those of the filter inside the dust collecting device.
