PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a correct comparison result with the most sensitive comparator by changing the setting of a reference voltage of a resistance sequence to be a reference voltage of a comparator about AD conversion after differential signal conversion of a single input signal and reducing a voltage fluctuation from an input to reference in the most sensitive comparator. SOLUTION: A single input signal INP and a REFP as a 1st reference voltage are inputted to the positive input terminal of a comparator CMP of an AD converter. Meanwhile, an intermediate voltage INM and a REFM as a 2nd reference voltage are inputted to a negative input terminal. Here, the 1st reference voltage REFP is generated by equally dividing between a 1st power supply voltage VRT and a 2nd power supply voltage VRB with resistance. Also, the 2nd reference voltage REFM is fixed to an intermediate voltage VRM between the 1st and 2nd power supply voltages VRT and VRB in the same manner as the intermediate voltage INM.
