PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put the management of documents into practice in various aspects by adopting an electronic clip as a clip for holding documents. SOLUTION: This network system of an electronic clip is equipped with a storage device (k) for storing a clip number, documentary information and information on a circulator, a display device (a) for displaying data stored in the storage device (k), an input device (b) for inputting data and a data sending/receiving device (d) for sending/receiving data. Documentary information such as the title of a held document, its contents, its circulation deadline and the like is displayed in the electric clip. Also a color liquid crystal (i) is provided in the electronic clip and each electronic clip per the held document is made to develop any optional color on display instructions from an information terminal or operating instructions from an electronic clip body. Various sets of data from the electronic clip are transferred to the information terminal and the information terminal displays a table of the sets of data from a plurality of the electronic clips and controls the data. |
