SOFTENER COMPOSITION AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a softener composition extremely readily handleable in production of a thermoplastic resin composition and the thermoplastic resin composition comprising the softener composition. SOLUTION: This softener composition is obtained by compounding (a) 100 pts.wt. of one or more kinds selected from softeners for nonaromatic hydrocarbon-based rubbers, (b) 0.1-10 pts. wt. of an organic peroxide and (c) 0.1-50 pts.wt. of a cross-linking aid under conditions of <=1 weight ratio of the component (b)/component (c) and heat-treating the resultant compounded components.
