<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a large quantity of industrial waste within a wide range as the material of a building board by using a material, in which the crushed industrial waste is bound to a core layer provided between upper and lower layers with a synthetic-resin binding agent. SOLUTION: A molding material for upper and lower layers mainly comprising the mixture of cement inorganic pulverulent bodies and a woody reinforcing material is scattered onto a template, and a surface-layer mat 2 is formed. A molding material for a core layer using the mixture of the ground industrial waste and a synthetic-resin binding agent as main bodies is scattered onto the surface-layer mat 2, and a core-layer mat 4 is formed. The molding material for the upper and lower layers is scattered onto the core-layer mat 4, and a lower-layer mat 3 is formed. A multilayer mat obtained in this manner is compressed and cured in the presence of moisture and cured while the surface and rear layers 2, 3 and the core layer 4 are unified. It is preferable that fibrous mesh bodies 5, 6 are interposed on the interfaces of the surface-rear layer mats 2, 3 and the core layer mat 4.</p> |
