PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soundproof ventilation fittings excellent in soundproof efficiency based on the connection between a lower ventilating opening and an upper ventilating opening with a venting void held between a pair of sound absorbing plates arranged in the direction of the thickness of a body of fittings. SOLUTION: The soundproof ventilation fittings are equipped with the lower ventilating opening provided to one surface of the body of fittings, the upper ventilating opening formed upward for the lower ventilating opening on the other surface and the venting void connecting between the lower ventilating opening and the upper ventilating opening, the venting void is formed between the upper end section of the lower ventilating opening and the lower end section of the upper ventilating opening and is formed of a gap between a pair of sound absorbing plates arranged in the direction of the thickness of the body of fittings, a distance D between both sound absorbing plates is set to 2 to 20 mm, the venting void has the length L of a course vertically extending between the upper end section of the lower ventilating opening and the lower end section of the upper ventilating opening of 50 to 2,300 mm, and it is parallel with the surface of the body of fittngs and has a width dimension W in the horizontal direction of 100 to 1,100 mm.
