The space (13) in the ratchet head (10) for the switch (40) contains a screw hole (14). The switch comprises a knob (50), a fastener (70) and a spring (60). The fastener can be twisted through a central opening (51) in the knob and into the screw hole. A lateral blind-drilled hole (52) for a positioning pin (53) is provided in the knob. The spring has two ends (61) and a tip (62), the latter being positioned using the positioning pin, whilst the spring ends are inserted into a slot (31) in the ratchet (30).
