PURPOSE: A pouch-type lithium secondary battery is provided, to prevent the shortage between a case and an electrode lead due to the exfoliation of insulating layers on a closed face when a battery is out of order. CONSTITUTION: The pouch-type lithium secondary battery comprises a battery part(31) which comprises a positive electrode plate, a separator and a negative electrode plate; a plurality of electrode leads(35) which are drawn from the each electrode plate of the battery part; a case which has a space part where the battery part is received and has a closed face heat-welded along the edge of the space part; and an insulating tape(37, 38) for an electrode which surrounds the outer face of the electrode leads, respectively, and is arranged on the closed face(321, 332), wherein the one terminal part is placed between the closed faces to provide a heat-welding face and the other terminal part is exposed to the exterior of the closed case together with the electrode lead. Preferably the electrode lead surrounded with the insulating tape is bent from the front terminal part of the closed face to the direction of the closed face. |
