PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic musical instrument which imparts an effect optimum for a timbre even at the time of multimodes by a smaller number of effectors than the simultaneously sound producible timbres and does not require resetting of the effectors even at the time of changing of the mode from a single mode to the multimodes. CONSTITUTION:This electronic musical instrument is composed of a timbre display section 62 indicating a timbre set at a channel where a cursor 61 exists, an on/off state display section 63 which displays the on-off/state of the effector, a fader display section 64 which indicates sound volume and a channel display section 65 which displays a channel number. Changing of the on/off state of the effector is executed by setting the cursor 61 at the 'Effect ON/OFF' display column of the desired channel and by index switches 218, 219. The on/off display of the effector is changed according to the state of the effector auto flag and the on/off state of the effect at the time of inputting of a program change code from a MIDI interface. |
