PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the over-voltage of an air pole and enhance the performance of the electrode. SOLUTION: When an air pole 2 is superimposed on an electrolytic plate 1, mounted, and integrated, a slurry of an electrolytic particle 1a is applied on the electrolytic plate 1 and sintered, and the surface of the electrolytic plate 1 is roughened by means of the electrolytic particle 1a. An electrolytic particle 2a is applied on the surface roughened of the electrolytic plate 1, sintered, and integrated. A tetra-phase critical surface S with which the electrolytic plate 1, the electrolytic particle 2a, and air O2 come into contact is lengthened by means of the recess and protrusion of the surface of the electrolytic plate 1. The electrode reaction of the air pole 2 advancing through the tetra-phase critical surface S is well performed because of the long tetra-phase critical surface S, and over-voltage can be reduced. |
