PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in an air conditioner in which power supply to electrical equipment stored in an outdoor machine is cut off in operation stop, even when outside temperature is high, since power is not supplied to the electrical equipment, the electrical equipment cannot be cooled.SOLUTION: An air conditioner, when operation is stopped (S1: Yes), determines whether outside air temperature is higher than a predetermined temperature (S2). Then, when the outside air temperature is higher than the predetermined temperature (S2: Yes), power is supplied to electrical equipment (S3), and an outdoor fan is driven (S4).
