<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving type treating apparatus compact and reasonable in equipment cost for utilizing residual waste such as bony parts of fish. <P>SOLUTION: This food residue treating apparatus is composed of a food residue tank storing food residue, a fixed quantity feeder cutting out the fixed quantity of food residue, a fixed quantity feeder supplying additive at a set weight ratio to the cut food residue, a roasting machine roasting the cut additive, a crushing/mixing machine crushing and mixing the additive discharged from the roasting machine with the food residue supplied from the fixed quantity feeder, a pressurizing extruding type molding machine molding the product from the crushing/mixing machine to a cylindrical pellet shape, a drying/mingling tool drying and also mingling the molded cylindrical pellets by hot air, and a cooler air-cooling the product discharged from the drying/mingling tool. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
