<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device capable of achieving improvement of total light emission efficiency by intensifying resonance while suppressing chromatic shifts depending on a view angle of an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: This organic light-emitting device includes a plurality of organic EL elements distinct in luminescent color. The organic EL element comprises a pair of electrodes comprising a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and an organic compound layer including a luminescent layer sandwiched between the pair of electrodes, includes a semi-transmissive layer in either of the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and has a resonator structure making light emitted from the luminescent layer resonate with a specific wavelength between both the electrodes.
