<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investigation device and an investigation method for creating an investigation slip used in creating financial statement notes concerning transaction with a person involved while securing accuracy and comprehensibility. <P>SOLUTION: The investigation device 50 for creating an investigation slip used in creating financial statement notes concerning transaction with a person involved is provided with a transaction partner notification means for notifying a person to be investigated of a transaction partner as the other party of transaction; a person involved confirmation means for notifying the person of all candidates involved as persons who may become persons involved, and for confirming whether or not any person involved exists to the person to be investigated; a transaction confirmation means for confirming whether or not each person involved has transaction with the transaction partner; a transaction content accepting means for accepting the input of the content of the transaction; and an affidavit output means for outputting an affidavit ensuring that the basic information including the person involved and the content of transaction is correct, and for adding signature or impressing a seal of the person to be investigated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
