摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable measurement of a blood pressure at a high accuracy by compensating for a temperature change portion of a pressure cuff and bag pressure by a pressure cuff and bag pressure compensation value to eliminate frequent calibration measurement. CONSTITUTION:A contraction term pressure, expansion term pressure and average arterial pressure for calibration are measured based on a pressure sensor 8. A pressure cuff and bag pressure is set below the expansion term pressure with a pressure cuff and bag pressure control section 4. A plurality of pressure cuff and bag pulse waves to be obtained from the pressure sensor 8 are subjected to an arithmetic addition to synthesize a reference pulse wave and coefficient values are calculated with a CPU 5 to make a peak value and a bottom value of the reference pulse wave and a mean of pressure cuff and bag pressures correspond to the contraction term pressure, expansion term pressure and the average arterial pressure. In addition, a pressure cuff and bag pressure temperature compensation value is calculated from an output of a temperature sensor 12 to compensate for a change portion of the pressure cuff and bag pressure changing with a change in the pressure cuff and bag temperature so that the pressure cuff and bag pressure is compensated by the compensation value. Thus pressure cuff and bag pressure varying with body heat can be compensated.</p>
