PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitrogen gas filling device which enables to easily carry a nitrogen gas. SOLUTION: On an installation surface 11, a hollow strut 12 is erected, and a plurality of arm bodies 16 are projected sideways from the strut 12. A nitrogen generator 21 is provided in the strut 12. The nitrogen gas generator 21 separates compressed air which is fed from the outside into a nitrogen enriched gas and an oxygen enriched gas, and at the same time, press-feeds the nitrogen enriched gas to a feeding valve 17 which is provided on the distal ends of the arm bodies 16. A portable pressure-accumulating tank is freely detachably connected with the feeding valves 17 of the arm bodies 16. The portable pressure accumulating tank performs the pressure-accumulation of the nitrogen enriched gas which is press-fed from the nitrogen gas generator 21 through the arm bodies 16.
