A chair having an exercising function is provided to be used as an exercising device by mounting an oil pressure cylinder on an armrest portion of the chair to let user to exercise in an office. A chair having an exercising function includes a back portion(10), armrest portions(30), L shape frames(20), oil pressure cylinders(40), an oil pressure drum and an oil pressure hose. The armrest portion is hinge-coupled to one part of the back portion or the L shape stainless frame. The oil pressure cylinder is hinge-coupled between the L shape frame and the armrest portion. The oil pressure drum stores water or antifreeze to perform the oil pressure function of the oil pressure cylinder. The oil pressure hose connects the oil pressure cylinder and the oil pressure drum.
