1. A method of operating an engine system, for an engine comprising:
with a controller,
determining an exhaust flow rate based on engine operating conditions including at least one of an engine speed or an engine load; andadjusting a shut-off body positioned within a flow transfer duct within a turbine housing upstream of a rotor and downstream of two inlet openings from a rest position to a working position to fluidly couple two channels of the turbine housing to one another via the flow transfer duct responsive to the exhaust gas flow rate exceeding a threshold for a predefined time period. |
