PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for net-shape-forging a manifold block.SOLUTION: A method for net-shape-forging comprises: providing one bar having a first cross-section area; setting a work-piece region of the bar in a mold; moving the bar in a longitudinal direction to apply an upset process to the work-piece region of the bar in the mold. The bar is shortened when pressed into the mold, thereby, the work-piece region of the bar is deformed with the cross-section area thereof becomes greater relative to the first cross-section area.
