摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency by automatically acquiring an interest, a budget, etc. of a customer in advance by a customer terminal and connecting the customer terminal with this information to an operator terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The customer terminal in a responding call center system transmits outputs of a camera and a microphone to the operator terminal and notifies images and voices from the operator terminal by a display device/operation input device.
