A self-supporting form support structure of an underground concrete wall is provided to resist lateral pressure and to support a wall form without additional temporary supporters by hanging and supporting a wall form in a curtain wall support method and transferring the load of a wall form to an underground retaining wall. A self-supporting form support structure of an underground concrete wall for transferring the load of a wall form to an underground retaining wall by hanging and supporting a wall form installed opposite to an underground retaining wall at a certain distance in a curtain wall support method comprises an underground retaining wall(100), a wall form(200) formed by connecting many unit form panels vertically and horizontally to overlap each other at the edge, and installed opposite to the underground retaining wall at a certain distance, and an embedded connecting supporter(300) installed to make one end fixed to the underground retaining wall and the other end placed between the overlapped edges of the form panels of the wall form to connect the form panels and to hang and support the wall form in a curtain wall support method to transfer the load of the wall form to the underground retaining wall. The embedded connection supporter is placed in the wall form to reduce concreting pressure and lateral pressure while placing concrete and embedded in concrete to reinforce internal force of an underground retaining wall after placing concrete, and composed of an anchor(310) and a tie bolt(320), or, a horizontal frame and a tie frame, or, a connecting frame and a tie pin, or, a connecting frame, a horizontal frame and a tie pin to absorb the construction error of an underground retaining wall.
