PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-rotation tubing device and method that enables highly efficient press fitting and extraction of a casing tube.SOLUTION: Tubing jack means 11 includes a lower frame 13, a chuck lower frame 17 fitted on the lower frame through a lifting/lowering cylinder 14 to allow lifting/lowering, a chuck upper frame 15 fitted on the chuck lower frame through a chuck cylinder 16 to allow lifting/lowering, and a chuck member 22 provided around an insertion hole of the chuck upper frame and the chuck lower frame. Tube driving means includes a leader erected on a base machine having an upper structure installed rotatably on top of a lower structure, a lifting/lowering driving part that lifts/lowers along the leader a rotary drive part for rotating a casing tube, and a connection adapter for connecting the casing tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
