The invention relates to a test cell (100) intended for qualifying an apparatus for characterising cells of a fuel cell and/or fuel cells. Said test cell comprises a first and a second contact face (131, 132) respectively comprising a first and a second contact area (135, 136) entirely or partially occupying the surface of the corresponding contact face (131, 132), the first and the second contact face (131,132) together delimiting an interior volume. The test cell (100) further comprises an equivalent passive circuit (110) configured to have an equivalent impedance to at least one cell of a fuel cell, said equivalent circuit (110) comprising a first and a second output terminal (111, 112) respectively connected to the first and the second contact area (135, 136), the equivalent circuit (110) being housed in the interior volume.
