An object of the present invention is to provide a scheme capable of preventing a signal line of a display device having a gate-in-panel (GIP) structure, which is configured to transmit a gate start signal (Vst), from malfunctioning due to static electricity. To this end, a display device according to the present invention includes first and second signal lines configured to transmit a gate start signal and a reset signal to a GIP circuit, respectively. The first and second signal lines extend to a lower end portion of a non-display area and are connected to each other to configure a closed-loop structure. Thus, the overlap areas of the first and second signal lines with neighbor signal lines are increased so that the capacitance may be increased, thereby preventing the first and second signal lines from malfunctioning due to static electricity. In addition, even though any defects are generated in a signal line for transmitting a gate start signal or a signal line for transmitting a reset signal, the gate start or reset signal may be normally applied to the GIP circuit, so that the GIP circuit may be normally operated. |
