<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic management method, a program, and an apparatus capable of grasping the influence of communication traffic in a virtual network on a real network. <P>SOLUTION: A network management apparatus uses a virtual network database (DB), a real network DB, and a resource DB. The network management apparatus uses the virtual network DB to particularize a virtual path for downloading resources from a first terminal to a second terminal. Then the network management apparatus uses the real network DB to particularize a real path corresponding to the virtual path and selects a minimum available band in links of the real path. Further, a minimum available band is added to the real network DB by each link of the real path, a time required for downloading a size of a corresponding resource recorded in the resource DB is calculated on the basis of the minimum available band, and after a lapse of the required time, the minimum available band of link log information in the real network DB is reduced by each link of the real path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
