PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent excellent in compatibility with a urethane prepolymer, and to provide a urethane composition excellent in workability and in durability of cured products such as heat resistance and water resistance.

SOLUTION: The curing agent for urethane resins having a disulfide bond in the main chain and a hydroxy group at the terminal is obtained by the reaction between a polysulfide polymer having two or more thiol groups and a polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate.
