PURPOSE:To set plural target values and to modify continuously said values by controlling the preset value of a counter and D/A-converting the sampled count value so as to apply it to a motor. CONSTITUTION:The frequency of an FGR pulse showing the target value of a speed servo is measured by a frequency measuring circuit 6, and transmitted to an arithmetic circuit 7, thereby obtaining the preset value (a) applied to the counter 8. The preset value (a) is given to the counter 8. Its count value is sampled in the timing of the rise of an FG pulse available from a frequency generator 2, and is latched by a latch circuit 9. The sampled value latched by the circuit 9 is converted into an analog control voltage Vc by a D/A converter 10 and applied to the motor 1. Thus the preset value (a) varies in accordance with the frequency of the FGR pulse. Namely, the preset value is changed corresponding to the target value, and the servo range becomes constant with respect to all the target values. |
