The present invention relates to a preparation method of a seaweed drink. More particularly, the preparation method of a seaweed drink comprises: (S10) a step of preparing a first powder material comprising Undaria pinnatifida Sporophyll powder, kelp powder, and fusiformis powder; (S20) a step of preparing a second powder material by mixing 10-20 parts by weight of the first powder material in 100 parts by weight of sugar; and (S30) a step of mixing milk with the second powder material. The prepared seaweed drink does not have off-flavor and off-taste of seaweed, and allows effective components of seaweed to be absorbed into the body. |
