The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an antenna base and an antenna radiator using a 3D printing process, which enhances productivity and minimizes a defect rate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of an antenna base using a 3D printing process comprises the following steps: performing a 3D printing process via multiple nozzles mounted on a 3D printer, thereby forming an antenna base composed of a pattern part to be plated and a support part supporting the pattern part so that the pattern part and the support part are fixed to each other; taking out the 3D printed antenna base; and mounting the antenna base on a plating apparatus and performing a plating process in order to manufacture an antenna radiator. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of an antenna radiator comprises the following steps: performing a 3D printing process via multiple nozzles mounted on a 3D printer, thereby forming an antenna radiator composed of a metallic pattern part with a pattern and a base part supporting the metallic pattern part so that the metallic pattern part and the base part are fixed to each other; and taking out the 3D printed antenna radiator. The metallic pattern part and the base part are made of different materials, and the metallic pattern part is made of a conductive metal. |
