The ratio SA2/SA1 of the area SA2 of the first leftward protruding region (512) to the area SA1 of the first rightward protruding region (511) is set within a range of 0.6-1.6, and thus the variation in the distribution of the current flowing through the shunt resistor (31) can be suppressed.
