摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development replenishing method for an automatic developing apparatus for a photosensitive planographic printing plate, in which a fluctuation in the sensitivity of a developing solution with changes in development conditions can be suppressed to the minimum while a conductivity-referring replenishing system is adopted and a developing unit in the automatic developing apparatus is simply and inexpensively constructed, for processing a photosensitive planographic printing plate subjected to exposure for a high-definition image. SOLUTION: The electric conductivity of the developing solution is measured for every predetermined constant period. When the conductivity of the measured developing solution is lower than a target conductivity, the developing solution is replenished with a predetermined constant amount of a development replenisher solution, as well as the time interval from the last time of replenishing with the development replenisher solution to this time is measured. A target conductivity operation expression is selected based on the measured replenishing time interval and a threshold of the replenishing time interval, and a target conductivity is updated by using the selected target conductivity operation expression and the measured replenishing time interval.
