An intensive planar transformer is provided to minimize inductance and in-phase noise due to electrical interference by connecting reliably a first winding unit and a second winding unit with each other. A high-voltage and high-output intensive planar transformer includes a first winding unit(10) and a second winding unit(20,30). The high-voltage and high-output intensive planar transformer includes a print substrate assembly. The print substrate assembly is composed of multilayer print substrates. The print substrate assembly includes a first fixing pattern, a second fixing pattern, and a modified pattern. The first fixing pattern each print substrate is formed for a power terminal of the first winding unit and output terminals of the second winding unit. The second fixing pattern is used for forming a contact part having six holes as contact terminals in order to connect wires of the first winding unit and wires of the second winding unit. The modified pattern is used for connecting selectively and electrically the wires of the first an second winding units with respect to the first and second fixing patterns.
